I want to express my deepest appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Toni. He was incredibly professional, punctual, and, most importantly, clear and definite about every detail from start to finish. When he said when the car would be picked up and when it would be dropped off, he meant it and he delivered exactly as promised! One of the best parts about working with Toni is that there are no confusing third parties involved, unlike many other companies that complicate the process. Moving a car from one state to another is a sensitive matter and timing is everything. Many companies will take your money, then leave you in the dark, saying they’re “working on it,” or make you sign papers releasing them of responsibility. With Toni, it’s the complete opposite. He is the only person you deal with..clear, straightforward, and reliable. If he says your car will be delivered within seven days, it will be there in seven days. I was initially skeptical about sending my daughter’s vehicle to LSU after hearing so many horror stories about brokers making promises they can’t keep. Anthony proved to be the complete opposite. He’s not a broker—he owns his own vehicles—and more importantly, he’s a man of his word, which is rare these days. The car was picked up exactly when he said it would be, delivered right on time, and he kept open communication throughout the entire process. I would like to share my experience with anyone looking to transport thier vehicle. I didn’t know exactly when I wanted to transport my vehicle and was unsure of the procedures involved in doing so! I called Certified Logistics and talked to a woman named Briana! She was great and had alot of patience with me assuring me that my vehicle would be safe in thier possession. After a month or so I called them back and Briana answered the phone and remembered who I was . The next day they picked up the car and transported it across the United States! In a week! Once it was delivered a gentleman was waiting in the lobby of my building with a smile and handed me my keys! He insisted we go over the exterior to check for damages and there were none ! The car arrived in perfect shape! I would use them again anytime ! Thank you Briana
